ZingHR, a Microsoft Accelerator and a fully integrated cloud-based HRMS platform has announced the appointment of Vijay Raghavan Pisharody as its Chief of Culture and Performance.

In his new role, Vijay will be leading the People, Culture and Performance mandate of ZingHR and will enable the company’s business growth by developing a high calibre talent pipeline, implementing strategic leadership and people practices globally and driving a growth mindset-oriented culture; according to a statement from Michael Good, recently appointed COO.

Vijay graduated in Economics from Lucknow University and is a Master in Business Administration from CGU. He has also completed a Post Graduate Programme in Executive Coaching from the Coaching Foundation of India.

He has been associated with many organisations, chiefly among them being the Manipal Education and Medical Group. During his stint there he oversaw several international projects across USA, Malaysia and Sri Lanka. He was also associated with organisations like the Knolskape, Aditya Birla Group, Tata Group, Oberoi Group and BPL during his 2 decades-long career.
