With a platform such as Scaler Academy, we hope to support Industry 4.0 by training and skilling software developers to be the cream of the crop.
How has InterviewBit helped skill development during COVID-19?
Despite the current scenario, the online education sector has witnessed an uptick. The shift to online learning has not only bolstered e-learning providers but has also encouraged us to support students and working professionals alike, with skills that will make them future-ready in a post-pandemic world. We at InterviewBit and Scaler Academy have put our students to the test by engaging them in activities such as ‘21 days of Code’ where students are asked to solve a set of given coding problems and post their progress on social media. Aside from engaging with our students with competitive activities during the lockdown, we have also ensured that we are doing our best to help educational institutions and organisations during this time. For the same, we have made our live platforms free for institutions and companies looking to conduct classes or run recruitment drives during these difficult times.
A brief on your target customers
Our stakeholders have always been our students and entry-level working professionals who are looking to establish an in-depth industry-connect with future-ready skills. Our target consumers are currently software engineers from leading engineering colleges but we have also seen an increase in the placement rate of students from smaller towns thereby indicating that top tech companies and MNCs are no longer filtering applicants based on their pedigree but rather by talent. Basis this, we see that there is currently massive scope in Tier 2, 3 and 4 markets. By the same token, we aim to ideally help every engineering student in the country. We look forward to engaging with talent from these markets and helping them climb up the industry and pave their way to a successful career.
